- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 989bd or any third-party responsible gaming service that 989bd recognises.

Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of services on 989bd, players must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 989bd. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 989bd may close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses, and withhold withdrawal requests pending a full investigation.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 989bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 989bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers. The following conditions apply to all player transactions.
- The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
- Players may only withdraw funds to a payment account or mobile wallet that is registered in their own name and matches the details held on their 989bd account.
- 989bd processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. In most cases, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within the same business day. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the receiving bank's own processing schedules.
- 989bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC review, or where the account balance includes bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements.
- 989bd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (including bKash and Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. 989bd complies with applicable AML obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
989bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific bonus terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.
Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant bonus terms. Players should review bonus terms carefully before accepting any promotional offer, as wagering requirements vary between promotions.
All bonuses and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not played through within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically. 989bd is not obligated to notify players before a bonus expires.
989bd takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to lock in guaranteed profits, or any other method that 989bd determines to constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their account suspended pending investigation. 989bd's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules
The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the 989bd platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.
- All bets are final once confirmed. 989bd does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where explicitly permitted under specific game rules.
- In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest error in published odds or game outcomes, 989bd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players.
- Match odds and game outcomes are determined by 989bd's third-party data providers and certified RNG systems. 989bd's settlement of bets and games is final and binding.
- 989bd reserves the right to impose individual or platform-wide betting limits, stake restrictions, or payout caps at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Winnings from sports betting markets are subject to the final official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, the decision of the relevant governing body is final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 989bd platform. 989bd reserves the right to terminate any account and forfeit associated funds where prohibited conduct is identified, in addition to taking any other remedial action it deems appropriate.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
- Attempting to circumvent platform security measures, gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts, or interfere with the operation of any game or feature on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a way not expressly permitted by 989bd.
- Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the 989bd platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament offered on the platform.
989bd employs fraud detection and account monitoring systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour are subject to immediate temporary suspension pending review. 989bd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any suspected criminal activity.
989bd's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 989bd's liability to any player is limited as set out below. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- 989bd is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- 989bd is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages that are outside 989bd's reasonable control.
- 989bd does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances beyond 989bd's control may result in temporary service interruptions.
- Where 989bd is found liable to a player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform, 989bd's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 989bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interfaces, and page layouts — is the property of 989bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works based on any platform content without 989bd's prior written consent.
The 989bd name, logo, and brand identifiers are trademarks of 989bd. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in any advertising, promotional material, or online content — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
Amendments to These Terms

Where changes are material, 989bd will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable advance notice via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications, or formatting adjustments) may be made without notice.

The date shown in the effective date notice at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into effect. By continuing to use the platform after that date, you accept the revised Terms.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 989bd platform. 989bd encourages players to contact support in the first instance to resolve any query or dispute informally before pursuing any formal process.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through informal support contact, 989bd and the player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause restricts either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary.
